The progress at Albert St has been steady. The anodised amber gold aluminium cladding & screens to the western façade have been successfully installed, as has most of the aluminium screens to the east.
Floor tiling installation to amenities are complete from ground floor to level 5, with basement End-of-Trip floor tiling scheduled to be completed in the next couple of days.
East & west glazing is complete and the south curtain wall is nearing completion. The north curtain wall is pushing along well.
Amenities & lobby walls have all been sheeted, stopped and sanded from basement to level 5.
Grid ceiling install is underway with level one complete and ready for electrostatic painting.
All services rough in nearing completion.
