Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract for Featherbrook Stage 2.

Located 22kms from the centre of Melbourne, Stage 2 of the Featherbrook Shopping Centre will be located on the high profile corner of Boardwalk Blvd and Sneydes Road, Point Cook.

The retail development, designed by Particular Architects, will add 13 specialty shops – both retail and food – and a commercial office to the already thriving Shopping Centre. Works will begin early 2018.

Maben Group are pleased to be working closely with Central Equity and Particular Architect, and look forward to a successful project.

The installation of concrete precast panels and structural steel has transformed the Woolworths box, with service rough and roofing works beginning this week.

The casual dining mall concrete slab entry has been poured and the Stage 2 tunnel has been installed, allowing the remainder of the concrete infill slabs on the existing slab to be poured for the new specialty tenancies and mall.

On Monday 4 December 2017, Maben Group spent the day at Melbourne Cable Park in Bangholme.

We had a heap of fun taking on the Aqua Park, before jumping on the lake and trying our hand at the cable riding.

Thank you to Shelley and the team at Melbourne Cable Park for all the fun, and thank you to Square Meal Co for our fantastic lunch.

Such a fabulous (and exhausting) day!

Gather Advanced Photography visited our Bendigo site late November and captured a few photos of the progress.

Since November, Nigel, Greg and the team have been working hard at Kennington Village Stage 2 and the project has quickly progressed further.

And Tenancy 8, Edwards Providore, is now trading and are very happy.

The team are now complete with internal works to the retails spaces and are working hard to close out externals.

Take a look at some of GAP Photography’s November footage featuring Greg, Site Foreman:
