Ryan graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) and has significant Contract Administration experience in the retail and residential sectors working on projects ranging from $2M – $45M.

We are pleased to welcome Matt Terry to Maben Group.

Matt began his career in 2000 as an Apprentice Carpenter with Construction Engineering working on various projects before moving into the role of Foreman / Leading Hand. Matt is an experienced construction professional, and has a strong track record on a range of new build and refurbishment projects, with particularly strong experience on retail and residential projects.

Ioni Currie joined Maben Group in the role of Reception & Office Administrator late last year.

Ioni has customer service and administration experience, including previous roles with KONE Australia.

We are very pleased to have you on board Ioni!









The high level services rough in to the Woolworths Box is nearing completion with all exposed ceilings now painted.

Steel erection is well under way to the remaining of the centre expansion with the north-east tenancy slabs nearing completion. Steel erection is continuing this week with precast for the tenancy and dining areas to follow shortly after.

The Quest team successfully installed the precast lids for both the stair and lift core the first week back from holidays.

Prior to Australia Day the service trades were busy on levels 1 and 2, stripping of formwork was underway, level 6 structural steel work was almost complete and the setting out of walls on level 2 and framing of level 1 had begun.




The envelope of the Woolworths box and main trading area roofing works is now complete.

With a roof over head in the box, the high level services rough in, metal stud wall erection and painting works are well underway.

The casual dining mall and tenancies existing slab remedial works are complete and the team are expecting the delivery of structural steel mid this week.





All works associated with the retail pad site are complete and practical completion has been granted.

The restaurant pad site building works have been completed with hard and soft landscaping, the final clean and demobilisation from site left to go.
