Gather Advanced Photography has taken a progress clip of our Narre Warren project.

The team are on the home stretch with just the final touches to go within the Woolworth and BWS tenancies.

Within the malls, the overhead services and ceiling framing is complete with the floor prep well advanced.

The tenancies are also progressing well – on track for handover in May

Externally the new Norman Street driveway is complete which has allowed the civil demolition and sub base to commence.

The Dan Murphy’s Pacific Epping team has made good progress on site with precast panel erection underway to the main box – ready for structural steel to commence by the end of next week.

The Quest apartments at Pacific Epping are progressing well! Window installation is underway to level 4 and sheeting and sub-sills have begun on level 6.

The rough in of the level 5 apartments are now complete and wall sheeting has followed on behind. Framing and sheeting of ceilings to level 4 has commenced, level 2 painting is ongoing and civil is underway on ground floor.

The team have completed the precast panel installation and in-ground services continue.

Level 1 slab pour began this week and the structural steel install is well underway.

The Clyde Medical Centre team have been ramping up operations and have made great progress.

The roof is now complete, brickwork & window frames are progressing well and the services rough in has commenced.

Over the next few weeks we will see the feature cladding installed along with glazing and external cfc.

GAP Photography recently visited site and took some great progress photos of our office project in Narre Warren.

Stage 1 of this commercial office project incorporates one of two office buildings and a standalone restaurant premises with indoor and outdoor seating.

The vinyl flooring and prep room tiling is progressing well inside the Woolworths box. Refrigeration cases are now complete allowing finishes trades to progress.

Precast and steel erection is now complete with works to the north façade progressing well. Glazing is nearing completion to external shop fronts with brick laying well under way.

Canopy finishes due to commence next week.

Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been appointed the preferred contractor for Craigieburn Junction Retail.

Located at 420 – 440 Craigieburn Road, Craigieburn, the new mixed purpose development comprises 5 buildings, with a mixture of bulky goods, office space and food tenancies, along with a childcare centre.

Building works will include the following:

– base build services, detailed excavation and structure to all buildings
– façade and internal finishes
– signage
– acoustic fencing
– hard & soft landscaping

Maben Group are looking forward to working closely with Craigieburn Junction Pty Ltd and Pure Projects (Vic) Pty Ltd.

The floor slabs are complete at Featherbrook, with the initial installation of precast panels complete.

The remaining precast panels are on track for this week, along with the commencement of formwork to the level 1 suspended slab.
