We are pleased to welcome Warwick Johnstone to the Maben team!

Warwick joined us late last year in the role of Estimator. He has 11 years in the construction industry in both Western Australia and Tasmania, and has worked on a range of projects from $5M to $55M within the retail, commercial, government, residential and industrial sectors as an Estimator and Project Manager.

Welcome aboard, Warwick.

Works are powering along out at Cube One Narre Warren. The concrete structure has topped out and the stripping process is well underway.

Structural steel to the roof is nearing completion and the roofing has commenced.

Wall framework has commenced on the upper floors and the services trades are roughing in closely behind.

Fa├žade angles have been installed and the first delivery of window frames have been installed.

Maben Group welcomes Ryan Conwell in the role of Contracts Administrator.

Ryan graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) and has significant Contract Administration experience in the retail and residential sectors working on projects ranging from $2M – $45M.

We are pleased to welcome Matt Terry to Maben Group.

Matt began his career in 2000 as an Apprentice Carpenter with Construction Engineering working on various projects before moving into the role of Foreman / Leading Hand. Matt is an experienced construction professional, and has a strong track record on a range of new build and refurbishment projects, with particularly strong experience on retail and residential projects.

Ioni Currie joined Maben Group in the role of Reception & Office Administrator late last year.

Ioni has customer service and administration experience, including previous roles with KONE Australia.

We are very pleased to have you on board Ioni!

The high level services rough in to the Woolworths Box is nearing completion with all exposed ceilings now painted.

Steel erection is well under way to the remaining of the centre expansion with the north-east tenancy slabs nearing completion. Steel erection is continuing this week with precast for the tenancy and dining areas to follow shortly after.
