Another ground slab complete at Craigieburn Junction as preparation commences for the next building pad.

Services trades are nearing completion of rough-in of in-grounds.

The Pacific Epping Childcare Development team completed a ground floor slab pour last week.

Prep for the next ground slab is underway with the pour scheduled for tomorrow.

Column standing and formwork for level 1 has also begun.









The team out at Pacific Epping continue working externally while Dan Murphy’s undertake their fit-out works.

Asphalt has been line marked in the car park, and the installation of the Dan Murphy’s and Pacific Epping signage to the building façade is complete.








The project team at Hillsong Church continue to make significant progress throughout the internal areas.

The auditorium space is taking shape with the full height auditorium walls plastered. Specialist audio visual and theatrical lighting contractors have commenced works within the auditorium.

The new mezzanine floor level has been constructed, allowing wall framing and plastering to continue from the Level 1 areas. Services trades rough-in to follow.









Footings and in ground services are progressing well at Craigieburn Junction, with the ground slab for the first of five buildings nearing completion this week.

Our site team are eagerly waiting the delivery of the first precast panels and structural steel which is expected in the coming weeks!

Maben Group welcomes Chris Mikha to the team in the role of Contracts Administrator.

Chris graduated in 2015 from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management). He began his CA career soon after, working on projects from $1M – $5M in the residential and educational sectors.

We are pleased to have you on board, Chris.



We are pleased to welcome Alex Panaccio to Maben Group in the role of Contracts Administrator.

Alex graduated from RMIT in 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management). He has over 8 years experience on a range of projects from $1M to $20M within high-end residential, education and the aged care sector.

This week, the team have been building the bench for upcoming pours. Formwork has also begun, and precast is set to go up next week.

The next stage of demolition will begin later this month.










The back of house floors have been sealed and line marked with all joinery installed to the cleaners area lunch room and team office.

Externally, cladding works are underway with the aluminium timber look fins installed to the north façade, and alucobond being installed to the entry canopy. Signage installation has commenced this week too!

While Dan Murphy’s begin their internal fitout we are continuing the external works with asphalt pours to the carpark scheduled for this week.
