With only 1 month to go at Holden Essendon Fields, the job is starting to take shape. The Holden pylon has been installed, the workshop slab preparation is complete and the first coat of epoxy has been applied.

Internally the Showroom overhead services are complete allowing the tiling to flow through the selling floor, whilst the back of house joinery is being installed.

Externally the signage and remainder of the cladding is due to arrive next week and asphalt will be laid early June!

Structural steel is almost complete, the roof is on and capping and flashing works are up next.

Alucobond cladding also is progressing well.

The staff amenities works have begun upstairs and the Porsche Brighton team will relocate their lunch room and office shortly in order for demolition to begin.

Terrific progress team!
