Our team in Bundoora are well on track for handover in September!






The Highpoint team have now commenced the major task of tile demolition, with the first night seeing approximately 80m2 of tiles removed. Installation of the new tiles is scheduled to commence in 2 weeks, and will follow the demolition through the mall.

Structural steel erection is continuing with Big W Node 5 being completed ready for bondek installation for our first concrete pour of the project.

Finishes are progressing well in Zone 3 Level 3, with wallpaper and painting to commence shortly.

PT truncations to the new Water Feature Node have been completed, and slab demolition well underway.

Maben Group is pleased to announce that we have been appointed the preferred contractor for the Eastland Office Development.

The project involves the design and construct of a 5 Green Star two level office building above the existing multi-level carpark.

Maben Group look forward to working closely with QIC, Turner & Townsend Thinc and the entire consultant team to deliver this unique project.

Works are beginning to ramp up on site with the installation of the tower crane last weekend.





The Kingston Village team have been steadily humming along in Ocean Grove.

The project is progressed well with all main structure works now complete.

Externally, cladding works are well under way and nearing completion and carpark kerb works have commenced.







The Highpoint team have successfully completed the removal of the first set of escalators.

An enormous effort was put in by all to drop the Centre Court set in one night.

Structural slab demolition has been completed to Node 5 and the Centre Court slab demolition is progressing well.

Structural steel erection for void re-profiling has commenced, and ceiling demolition to Zone 3 Level 2 is well under way.

Finishes have begun in Zone 3 Level 3.

The team have also successfully completed the removal of the decorative steel to the Zone 1 Level 3 Atrium Skylights.





The Albert Street team have been busy over the past few weeks with lift installations, the last panels going down to top out the core and the dismantling of the crane.

The steel roof structure is nearing completion and high level rough-ins are up to Level 5 and 6.

Floor tiles are to begin on Levels 1 and 2 this week and plaster has been completed up to Level 4.

The south curtain wall is currently underway and window installation on the east with anodised pref screen to follow.

Maben Group have successfully completed the Casual Dining Precinct Airlock for Stockland at the Wendouree Shopping Centre.

This project which was completed after hours to ensure shopping centre trading was not affected whilst the additional works were completed.

We are pleased to welcome Lance Tydell to Maben Group.

Prior to joining Maben, Lance spent 7 years at CEVA Logistics in several finance roles, most recently as Finance Controller A&NZ. Lance is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

With under a month to go, the team at 7 Ormond are nearing completion.   External façade works are complete and preparation for carpark asphalt and landscaping is well under way.

Internal finishes are nearing completion and the team are awaiting the connection of permanent power to commence the commissioning process.
