The Woodlea team have been busy over the last few weeks with the installation of precast panels and structural steel for the Coles box.

This week they successfully completed the concrete slab pour for the future Medical Centre.

We are pleased to welcome Joe to Maben Group in the role of Contract Administrator.

Joe joins us with solid construction industry experience. Whilst completing a Master of Construction Management at Deakin University, Joe worked full time on large scale residential and commercial projects within Melbourne. He also spent time in the UK, where he gained further valuable experience as a Contract Administrator with Higgins Construction on a large residential project.

We are very pleased to have you on board, Joe.






Maben have successfully completed the installation of the second set of new escalators outside of Big W.

Another great milestone achieved, leaving only the final set of escalators above Hoyts that are expected mid-April.

Well done to the Maben Team and all subcontractors involved.





The Merrifield City team continued their steady progress last week with the balance of the precast panels to the Coles box erected, ongoing installation of structural steel and the final slab pour to the retail area.



In December last year, Maben Group welcomed Joel in the role of Contracts Administrator.

Joel has 10+ years industry experience, and during this time he has worked on a variety of projects in the residential sector ranging from $5M – $35M.

Maben Group welcomes Matt Dinning to the team.

Matt commenced with Maben in November last year. He graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2014 with a Masters of Architecture, and he joins us with solid Contract Administrator experience in the commercial and residential sectors.

The Maben Merrifield City team were excited to see the first of the precast panels being erected to the Coles box last week.

Slab preparation and pour continues within the retail and mall areas and car park fill works are well underway as the team get the first layer of crushed rock down to the car parks in a race against the weather!






Earlier last month both the Big W escalators and Hoyts travellators were removed over two consecutive nights, a huge milestone for the team.

Congratulations to all involved!




Works on site are progressing rapidly at our commercial office development located in the heart of Ringwood.

Structural works are complete, with the fa├žade and internal fitout works are well underway.
