Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been appointed the preferred contractor for the Clyde K-Mart Tyre & Auto and Medical Centre project.
The Clyde Medical Centre and separate building of KMart Tyre and Auto (KTAS) will form part of the Shopping on Clyde development and the overall masterplan of the Neighbourhood Activity Centre for Morison Boulevard in Cranbourne.
Maben completed Shopping on Clyde, McDonald’s Family Restaurant Clyde Village and Coles Express Clyde Village in 2015.
Works for the Clyde Kmart Tyre & Auto and Medical Centre projects have begun and will include:
– A New Kmart Tyre & Auto Service with associated car park
– Two Story Medical Centre with associated 90 space Car Park & Landscaping.
