Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the Colac Plaza project.
Located on Queen Street in Colac, the D&C project will involve:
– a new ground level 4300sqm Coles Supermarket, 200 sqm Liqourland Shop and associated specialty retail and amenities
– On grade car parking
– Relocation of existing authority services
– Building and tenancy infrastructure and services connection
– External roadworks
Works have begun, and the Maben team have hit the ground running with bulk earthworks taking shape and the erecting of the acoustic wall well underway.
