There has been plenty of action at Colac Plaza following the Easter break!
The structural steel installation to the Coles box is now finished and 70% of the Kingspan roofing has been installed.
Service trades have commenced their rough-in to the southern end of the Coles box, whilst the floor grinders have simultaneously kicked off preparing the polished concrete slab. All trades are working well together and will continue to push through the various zones of Coles as we move toward the installation of the cool rooms and internal walls.
Tenancy slabs to Building A are 70% complete, with the remaining areas (Mall and Tenancy 5) having been left out to provide crane access for the installation of the structural steel and Kingspan roofing panels. Precast panel installation to Tenancy 1 was finished last week.
Building B also kicked off last week with footing preparation for the raft slab progressing well.
