After a very wet start on site, a break in the weather has enabled bulk excavation and sub-base stabilisation works to be completed – allowing the in-ground services works to ramp up site activities.
The main sewer run has been installed and the in-ground stormwater and incoming water main taps commenced soon after.
Our dedicated ground works contractor has begun excavation works to Building A, including the lift over run pit, stair raft and the web of 1500mm deep ground beams.
Ground slabs are scheduled to go down in the coming weeks providing the working platform for the concrete structure contractor.
Fingers crossed the spring weather is kind to us, allowing works to ramp up and the recent momentum to continue!
