The Cube One site team have put in an enormous effort over the recent months which is clearly visible on site.
The material hoist has been removed, the façade fully closed up and works within the corner Offices are well underway. Internal fitout works to the office tenancies and common lobby areas are nearing completion and defects walks have commenced.
Service trades are geared up and ready to commence their commissioning works as soon as permanent power becomes available.
Externally, civil works and landscaping have rapidly progressed despite battling the recent wet weather and ongoing authority works. Streetscape works along Victor crescent have commenced with the new pedestrian footpath taking shape.
The brickwork to the Café is complete, wall cladding is being installed and internal fitout works being finalised.
Great effort team, not long to go!!!
