We are excited to announce that Maben Group has been appointed by QIC as the preferred builder to deliver their latest landmark building in Ringwood – EastCo.
Standing 10 storeys tall, adjacent to the Ringwood train station and opposite the iconic Eastland Shopping Centre, EastCo will be the largest commercial building in Ringwood.
The Maben team are currently in the last weeks of delivering another major commercial space for QIC above the Eastland Shopping Centre. And construction is progressing well at Merrifield City for QIC and their JV partners, MAB Corporation and GPC, in Melbourne’s outer north.
The EastCo appointment is a testament to the relationship Maben have formed with QIC, and we look forward to delivering this iconic commercial development that will stand proud in our achievements of delivering complex and high quality construction projects.
Maben are working alongside Turner & Townsend, Fender Katsalidis, 4D Workshop, ADP and Inhabit to deliver this project.
Construction construction commenced on site late last week.
