After experiencing some minor delays due to Authority works within the title boundary, the team are now back on track and drawing closer to complete all SP2 works.
The main entry staircase to the Medical Centre has been poured, washed and sealed including all general grey concrete paved areas and the exposed aggregate paths.
All tactiles, bike racks and stair nosing’s are to be finished early next week with handrails scheduled for completion by mid-June.
The final installation of feature aluminium louvres, painting, caulking and touch-ups to the building facades is expected to be completed this week. The louvres to the plant deck platform have been installed and flashing is now to to be finished off.
Soft landscaping works are progressing well. Earthworks preparation for all garden bed areas and compacted gravel paths have begun. The overall irrigation installation is now at 50% completion and the commencement of mulch to all garden bed areas and installation of boulders has begun.
The water meter installation is scheduled for early July 2017 which will then enable connection of all domestic, fire and recycled water to the building.
