The Highpoint project team have been working hard on completing the remaining structural steel works in Big W Node 5 and Centre Court Level 3 in preparation for the concrete infills.
The demolition of the Water Feature slab has been completed in the last fortnight, removing approximately 100m2 of concrete rubble through the Shopping Centre after hours.
Zone 3 Level 3 is progressing well with finishes including Rimex, painting and electrical fit off underway.
Tile demolition has also commenced to this area and we are now undertaking removal of the existing screeds in preparation for the new floor tile install.
