Demolition of the existing buildings located at the site of iCo Richmond was successfully completed late in 2020, leaving the site ready for construction in the new year.
Upon returning in 2021, piling works commenced and are now almost complete site wide – as are the strip & pad footings.
Maben Group is excited to continue working with Wilmac Properties throughout the development and together completing a successful, high quality build!
