Maben Group are excited to announce that we have been appointed head contractor for the Porsche & Volkswagen Training Facilities which is our seventh project at Essendon Fields!
The project involves the construction of two separate training facilities for Porsche Cars Australia and Volkswagen Group Australia situated on the Eastern side of the Auto Centro Precinct, next door to our previous project Kia Regional Office. Construction commenced in February 2020, with a fast pace construction programme targeting a Porsche handover in late August 2020 and late November 2020 for Volkswagen.
The training facilities are equipped with offices, classrooms and practice/practical training rooms complete with hoist equipment.
Maben Group look forward to working closely with Essendon Fields, CBRE, Era Architects, Simpson Kotzman, Spencer Group, Porsche Cars Australia and Volkswagen Group Australia on another innovative project.
