This commercial office development incorporated over 28 high quality strata office tenancies and two ground floor retail tenancies with a combined area of over 13,000 sqm. Maben Group led the extensive redesign and design development process at the commencement of the project to improve constructability and achieve both cost and construction programme savings. The conventional formwork structure was replaced with a Hollow Core and precast system providing two levels of car park and three levels of office space with a footprint of over 3,000 sqm.

The original fa├žade design was modified to incorporate a contemporary Alucobond and glass curtain wall system, which provided considerable programme and cost savings.
