The Porsche & Volkswagen Training Facilities project is the seventh project Maben Group has completed at Essendon Fields.
The project involved the the construction of two separate state-of-the-art training facilities for Porsche Cars Australia and Volkswagen Group Australia.
The 837sqm Porsche Facility is now the headquarters for Porsche Cars Australia’s training programs, for both service technicians and sales representatives from Porsche Centres around Australia.

The 2500sqm VW site features a mezzanine floor where Volkswagen Financial Services, VW Commercial
Vehicles, Skoda and Audi facilitate work.
Both training facilities are equipped with offices, classrooms and practice / practical training rooms complete with hoist equipment.
Construction commenced in February 2020, with a fast pace construction programme targeting a Porsche
handover that was achieved in late October 2020 and late January 2021 for Volkswagen.
