Located in the heart of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, the Swinburne University Wantirna campus is home to purpose-built teaching and learning facilities that provide practical training.
Maben Group was pleased to be appointed for the refurbishment of Levels 1-3 of the WS Building at the Wantirna
Campus. The works consisted of a re-model to the Nursing Facility which comprised demolition of existing walls,
floor coverings and ceilings to make way for a new 60 seat lecture theatre and the creation of a new Simulation Ward, Nursing Labs, Classrooms, Staff Areas and a Boardroom.
Works included the installation of new floor coverings, internal walls, acoustic panels, ceiling, paint finishes and new mechanical and electrical systems to the suit the new uses.
Maben commenced the project early 2017 with completion a few months later in March.
