Woodlea Town Centre is an up and coming retail development located off the Western Freeway in Aintree. Surrounded by 10,000 new residential homes it is the fastest growing development in the country.
The project involved the construction of three buildings
- a main building which houses Coles, Liquorland and 22 specialty tenancies;
- a commercial building complete with gym, offices and a tavern; and,
- a third building which is a restaurant.
Designed by NH Architecture, the development features quality finishes, a visually intense main building and a modern commercial building featuring gold custom solid aluminium panels.
All of the buildings are connected via Lim Way with ample carparking and feature landscaping throughout.
Maben Group were engaged under a Design and Construct Contract, working with Colliers and Case Meallin to complete necessary CAT 1 Works before tenants took possession to complete their required fitout works.
Despite the challenging nature of the site and COVID-19 disruptions, our team completed the project to a very high level of finish within 16 months.
