It is with great pleasure that we announce, Maben Group has been awarded the main works contract for the 299 Bourke Street project!
The project is comprised of the following works:
- Refurbishment of lower ground, ground and first floor retail spaces;
- Converting five upper levels into unique, state of the art office spaces;
- New lift lobby with access to Little Collins Street;
- Works to refresh building fabric and retain existing heritage features.
Our team looks forward to working closely with Newmark Capital Limited, Baracon and Bates Smart on this very exciting project!
