Congratulations to Derryn and the team who achieved Practical Completion of levels 3, 4 & 5 at Market St last week.
All internal finishes to the office spaces are now complete, the terrace pavers have been laid, planter boxes planted and the amenities finished.
On the ground floor the pixelated coloured ply designed by artist Matthew Johnson has commenced installation and the external façade is nearing completion.
