Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments redevelopment project.
This project consists of a new build extension to the existing Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments. The redevelopment will comprise of 82 suites over 3 levels plus a single level basement car park. New works will include a lobby, restaurant and bar plus multiple conference spaces and collaboration areas. All to be serviced by new commercial kitchens. New guest facilities include a fitness centre, indoor pool and sauna.
Maben are looking forward to completing another successful project in the Geelong area.
