Maben Group are proud to announce that we have been awarded Arcare Alphington, an aged care development designed to elevate the living experience for its senior residents.
Located at the former Alphington Paper Mill site, the seven-storey development will deliver a 176 room aged care facility to the local area, and include a basement carpark, cafe, bar, lounge, and dining spaces.
We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with VIA Architects and DPPS Projects to the deliver this project to Alphington and surrounding communities and look forward to commencing on site in the new year.
