Maben Group are proud to announce the completion of Blackburn Square – Stage 2, in partnership with Australian Unity, APP Corporation and TRHS – a joint venture between TRCB and Hames Sharley.
The redevelopment involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing shopping centre, including a new Aldi supermarket, extension to the Woolworths supermarket to include a Direct to Boot service, new gym, childcare, medical centre, and range of specialty tenancies.
The project was developed in a live environment, requiring a staging of works and nightshifts to ensure access to the shopping centre was minimally impacted.
We’d like to thank our project delivery team for all their efforts in completing this project, as well as our valued subcontractors involved throughout the redevelopment.
