The project will introduce a new co-working space for Hub Australia as part of the transformation of Box Hill Central.
The premium 4,100sqm development involves the construction of 3 levels of flexible co-working commercial office space located above the retail and dining precinct at the southwest end of Box Hill Central.
Awarded in December 2021, works have begun with an anticipated completion date of September 2022.
