It has been a gruelling few weeks of poor weather at Camberwell Central, but the team has reached a significant milestone of excavating and pouring the main VT/ stair access node to allow for the completion of the additional retail structure.
With input from site staff, subcontractors, temporary and project engineers, a comprehensive methodology was devised to back prop the three levels of structure and excavate a 3m deep raft slab.
The façades are starting to take shape on all fronts, and we are excited as we work to unveil the Maben procured concrete encased steel façade beams and columns going on behind the scenes.
Once closed up the team can focus on getting the finishes trades through and start to re-open areas to the general public.
