Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Charlemont Rise Shopping Centre development.
This project is a development of a full-line Woolworths Supermarket, BWS, Direct to Boot Carpark Pick Up, and 19 specialty tenancies including a gym and end of trip facilities. The development will also include a 2-storey commercial centre housing 6 tenancies and amenities.
We are excited to be partnering with D.B.S. Commercial, Urban and Clarke Hopkins Clarke to deliver this project in the Geelong region and look forward to delivering another successful project for the local community.
