The team at Coles Aurora are continuing well! The first major milestone of the project is complete, with Aldi now finished and ready for handover to the shopfitters.
The Coles box is now completely locked up with all the main mall entry roller shutter doors and loading dock doors installed, allowing Coles to start bringing in their refrigeration equipment.
The external cladding framing is well underway in preparation for the red Coles entry portal to be installed in the coming weeks. The glazing to the tenancies to the front of Building A is almost complete which allows several other aspects of the project to be locked up.
Building B slab has been poured with the precast panels erected late last week, and the structural steel for Building B was delivered this week with erection to follow.
The final building element to the future Piazza Way is well underway giving a glimpse of what the final development will look like.
Building C & D roofs have been completely laid and flashed. The cladding is to follow in the coming weeks.
The Coles Express slab is ready to be poured at the end of this week which will then been followed by precast and structural steel in the coming weeks.
