It is with great pleasure that we announce that the Highpoint Shopping Centre David Jones/Kmart project has been awarded to Maben Group!
Following on from Maben’s successful completion of The GPT Group’s Mall Aesthetic Upgrade project at the Highpoint Shopping Centre, the David Jones/Kmart project is a retail refurbishment that separates the current two level retail space into two major single level tenancies. Works involve splitting the existing loading dock and removing the internal escalators to create a Kmart store on Level 2 and David Jones remaining on Level 3. Works are scheduled to commence in April 2021 with an opening date scheduled for late 2021.
Maben Group are extremely excited to be working closely with The GPT Group, Pomeroy Pacific, I2C Architects, Baigents and ADP Consulting and look forward to delivering another successful project.
