Department of Transport Ringwood Office – Excellence in Construction Awards

Maben Group are proud to announce that at last month’s Master Builders Association of Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards, we received the Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings Over $80M award for our project; The Department of Transport Ringwood Office.
 
The winning project, a new state-of-the-art commercial building in Ringwood, included a 4 level multi-storey carpark, and 6 levels of commercial office space, with the addition of a ground floor customer service centre, end-of-trip facilities and a rooftop sky deck.
 
The contemporary aesthetic of the integrated fit-out has provided a bright productive workplace for The Department of Transport, inspired by Victoria’s natural landscape and Ringwood’s vitality.
 
Congratulations to the Maben project delivery team, who managed the construction of Maben’s biggest project to date, alongside the complexities of covid-19 lockdowns, and respective construction impacts.
