Maben Group are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Dux Churchill development, delivering for Orion International Group.
The Dux Churchill project is an exciting boutique development that will redefine retirement living in Ringwood.
The project will construct an 8-storey, 57 apartment building, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments across 6 levels, as well as a split-level basement carpark. The building will also provide a range of facilities for residents including a cinema, lounge, private dining, gym, library, café, and roof top terrace.
The project will deliver a contemporary and sustainable retirement community to Ringwood and surrounding suburbs, introducing a new, elevated standard of retirement living into the area. We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with Orion International Group, Duo Projects, and VIA Architects to deliver this project to Ringwood and the broader Eastern suburbs.
