Maben Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of a new commercial development for QIC!
The 10-storey Fender Katsalidis design and Peckvonhartel interior is the largest commercial building in Ringwood and will provide 28,000sqm of commercial office space over 6 levels, with the addition of ground floor VicRoads’ Customer Service Hub, 278 car spaces over 4 levels of multi-storey carparking, end of trip facilities and a roof top sky deck.
The design includes an in-situ concrete structure with full curtain wall façade to the office floors, a bespoke carpark façade allowing for natural ventilation and low iron double height ground floor lobby glazing.
This is the largest project Maben has delivered for QIC and we cannot thank our project delivery team enough for their commitment and passion in delivering this iconic development.
Maben would also like to thank all the subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project. Without their tireless efforts this exciting project could not have been delivered.
