Maben Group are proud to announce that last month our Highpoint Aesthetic Upgrade – Phase 2 project was awarded Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings $3M-$5M.
The winning project involved upgrading Highpoint Shopping Centre’s northern and southern sections and the installation of a stunning new showpiece water feature.
The multi-award winning luxurious light-filled water feature features a funnel and pond design with over 25,000 individual tubes hanging from the cassette above. Each tube was required to be laser cut to different lengths to attain the wave-like visual effect.
Congratulations to the Maben project delivery team, who managed the exceptional upgrades within a live and operating shopping centre environment, across weeks of night works and safely transitioned from construction to retail trading each morning.
