Maben Group are excited to announce that we have been appointed the contractor for the Kennington Village – Stage 2 project!
The site is located 5km south-east of the Bendigo city centre, at the Kennington Village Shopping Centre, 150 Condon Street Kennington.
Maben Group completed Stage 1 in 2014.
Works will include:
– Expansion of the existing centre to introduce additional specialty tenancies, medical centre and pharmacy
– Construction of a new restaurant pad building leased to Gomez Y Guzman
– Reconfiguration of existing specialty tenancies,
– On- grade car parking
– Relocation and redirection of existing building and tenancy services
– External works and landscaping
– Signage
Maben Group are looking forward to working closely with Urban, Lascorp Development (Aust) Pty Ltd and Architecture HQ.
