Maben Group is thrilled to announce that we were recently awarded the Ormond Square project by MAB Corporation. This is Maben’s second MAB project that we will deliver in the last twelve months, and we are excited to take on the Ormond Square development which is located at University Hill in Bundoora.
Ormond Square is positioned in the business heart of University Hill and is a modern and progressive office suite. Surrounding the office suites, there are more than 100 retail stores, cafes and restaurants, a full scale supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, fitness centre, and childcare facility. Designed by Watson Young Architecture, Ormond Square is an example of exciting and progressive architecture. The project is set to commence in the next few months. We will post progress shots on our website throughout the different project stages.
