Joining Frasers to turn the first sod this week, we are excited to begin the construction of the new retail centre in one of the fastest-growing growth corridors in Melbourne.
The project will include approximately 7,500sqm of retail space with a full-line Coles supermarket with a Click & Collect offering, up to 28 specialty stores, and a 345-space car park.
We are proud to once again be partnering with Frasers Property and ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects and are excited to deliver this project to the fast-growing Western suburbs.
