It is with great pleasure that Maben Group announces the successful completion of Building A, Ormond Square Bundoora. In just over 9 months we have constructed a new 4 level office block including 42 strata title offices, under croft carpark, Café tenancy and external asphalt carpark with landscaped surrounds. The building façade is by far the most prominent feature with a significant frontage along the busy plenty road and a perfect addition to the ever growing Uni Hill Precinct.
We would like to make special mention of all of the subcontractors and suppliers for their efforts and input during the course of the project, and again thank the team at MAB for the opportunity.
