Maben completed the Castlemaine Woolworths project, in June 2025, in partnership with Lascorp and Urban. The new shopping precinct, designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke, delivers a new retail offering to the Goldfields region.
The 4,200sqm development included a full-line Woolworths Supermarket with direct to boot service, two specialty tenancies, BWS and Terry White Chemist, as well an external carpark with new EV charging stations and landscape works.
The project also included external roadworks adjacent to the site, introducing a signalised intersection to improve access to the shopping centre off the main road.
