Located in the heart of the Aurora Community, Coles Aurora is the second project Maben Group has undertaken in the rapidly expanding area.
The shopping centre development included a 4100sqm Coles with a 200sqm mezzanine, associated car parking, Liquorland Store, Aldi Store, specialty stores, a medical centre, gym, landscaping, and a high street running through the site.
A Coles Express fuel station was also built adjacent to the development.
Maben Group was engaged in a design and construction contract, with Clarke Hopkins Clarke managing the architectural design. The large project was completed in 11 months, on time and within budget.
