Coles Property Group Developments engaged Maben Group on a design and construct contract to manage the delivery of the Craigieburn Village project which commenced in May 2022.
The 5,500sqm project comprised of two buildings, with 14 specialty tenancies, a Coles supermarket, and a Liquorland store.
Along with Coles Property Group Developments, Maben Group partnered with Case Meallin and Clarke Hopkins Clarke to deliver the Craigieburn project.
Despite challenging weather impacts, the project delivery team completed Craigieburn Village in 12 months.
