GPT Group engaged Maben Group once again to manage Phase 2 of the aesthetic upgrade project at Highpoint.
This project involved the upgrade of shopping malls in the northern and southern sections of the centre and the installation of a stunning new showpiece water feature.
The luxurious light-filled water feature features a funnel and pond design with over 25,000 individual tubes hanging from the cassette above. Each tube was required to be laser cut to different lengths to attain the wave-like visual effect.
The Maben project delivery team completed this project in 13 months, on time and budget.
