Fabcot engaged Maben Group on a D&C Contract to manage the delivery of the Woolworths Dandenong Junction project, which commenced in 2022.
This project is a development of a Woolworths Neighbourhood Activity Centre, including a full line Woolworths Supermarket, BWS, Store Pick up (Direct to Boot), and Specialty Retail Tenancies totalling 5,000 Square metres.
Woolworths Dandenong Junction was completed in 9 months and achieved a 5-star Greenstar rating.
