We’re proud to announce that construction has now commenced on the Richmond Power Station following a successful Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, in partnership with the Naomi Milgrom Foundation.
Through the ECI process, we worked closely with the Naomi Milgrom Foundation, Neoscape, OMA and Nelson & Koo to refine the design, optimise delivery, and set the project up for long-term success. With a key emphasis on restoring and reusing original materials, the heritage site will be transformed into a mixed-used cultural innovation centre.
Last week, our team were joined on site by the Naomi Milgrom Foundation and Neoscape representatives, to mark the commencement of the project, celebrating a major milestone following the collaborative ECI. We’re incredibly excited to be bringing a new creative and civic offering to the community whilst restoring an iconic building in the heart of Cremorne.
