The site team are happy to see some sunshine break through on the Surf Coast after a wet and cold start to July.

The welcome sunshine has allowed for concrete pours to the loading dock driveway to continue, with the final pour to be carried out shortly. The last suspended deck is due to be poured next week.

Roofing to Woolworths is now complete with the exception of a few remaining parapets and flashings. The roof has now progressed enough to provide cover to the loading dock, amenities block and a handful of tenancies to the north of the Woolworths box.

Service trades rough-in to the Woolworths box is almost complete, with the first coat of paint now applied – blending the services into the exposed ceiling nicely.

Progress has been made on the shopfronts, with roller shutters now installed to Woolworths and BWS, and the aluminium shopfronts are well underway.

Inside, cool room panels are moving along swiftly and are now 90% complete. The plastered bulkheads are also progressing well with ceilings now installed to the deli service area.
