Construction has been moving along at The Dunes Village Shopping Centre during the past fortnight.
Concrete pours to the loading dock driveways are now complete, and the final suspended deck has been installed with the team keen to roof this area as soon as possible.
Roofing has been progressing well around the minor tenancies with the amenities block to the east, along with 50% of the northern tenancies, now under cover.
The majority of the western tenancies are set to be sheeted within the coming week and the main entrance to Woolworths will be roofed immediately following the current structural steel installation to this zone.
Plaster, tiling and painting of the Woolworth’s staff amenities has sped along and is now nearing completion. On the main trading floor tiling to the deli area is well underway.
The installation of glazing to the shop fronts of the surrounding tenancies is rolling along quickly and is looking fantastic! Roller doors to Woolworths have been installed, and the services rough-in is close to completion. The first of the refrigeration cases are now being installed and finishes are beginning to be applied.
