There’s been plenty of action occurring down on the Surfcoast with the handover to Woolworths now less than a month out.
Trade floor vinyl is flying along with over 60% of Woolworths now laid. The deli floor finishes are complete with deli cases positioned, and the stainless bench installation has begun.
Cladding of the façade is in full swing, with roofing to all tenancies now complete leaving only the external walkways remaining.
The lift shaft is now protected from the weather and has been prepared for the installation of the lift, and the electrical substation has been installed and wired up.
