Works at the Dunes have hit the home stretch in the past week with the carparks now completely sealed and line marked. The surrounding landscaping is now at 70% completion which has added a softening touch to the site.
External cladding is very close to completion with final capping’s, fascias and caulking remaining.
The majority of external signage boxes have been installed and now await the installation tenants artwork. Pylon signs have been installed at the North and South entrances to the main carpark and look a treat.
The final sections of footpath to the North of the Centre will be installed in the coming days and will wrap up concrete works on site.
Our team on site have decamped with the removal of site sheds late last week and a move to a temporary site office in one of the tenancies. We are looking forward to PC with the grand opening to follow on November 30th.
